Traineeships with Momso Sustainable

 At Momso Sustainable, our mission is to empower women through sewing. We believe in turning cultural skills into real opportunities 

Since launching five years ago, our traineeship programme has supported over 40 women—many of them mothers—on their journey from home sewing to industry-level skills or self-employment.

Rooted in cultural knowledge and creativity, our mission is to open up real opportunities for women who often face barriers that limit them to home-based or low-paid factory work. Through our 3, 6, 9, and 12-month programmes, we provide expert training in a nurturing, friendly environment—equipping women with professional sewing, studio, and business skills to build sustainable futures and thrive in the creative industry.
